Holiday Lighting

Located on the northern-most tip of Manhattan, our unique neighborhood serves a diverse community and is filled with rich heritage, majestic parks and leading cultural institutions that make Uptown Manhattan a wonderful place to live or visit.

The WHBID continues to support local businesses during the holiday season with festive lighting.


The holiday lights have become an annual attraction for

businesses, residents and visitors.


The WHBID also executes a tree lighting ceremony annually with the merchants and promotes mini-holiday events with beverages and entertainment.
