The WHBID provides supplemental sanitation services, promotes public and private investment, encourages economic development and implements capital improvement projects
Corporate Development

Supports 245 commercial storefronts in a 29-block commercial district
Along 181st Street from Amsterdam Avenue to Fort Washington Avenue, Broadway
between 179th and 182nd Street and St. Nicholas between 179th and 183rd Street
The WHBID collaborates with City agencies and local constituents such as elected officials, business, property owners and residents to enhance the district
The WHBID is co-located with an NYC Business Solutions Center, a set of free services offered by the Department of Small Business Services to help businesses start, operate and expand in New York City.
